Most people don’t know they have this option when building. It’s either hire a general contractor or do it themselves. Our service gives you the best of both worlds. All the benefits self-contracting offers without all the headaches.
Select any of our proven sub-contractors or supply some of your own. You also have the opportunity to choose all of the materials used in the building process, while having the freedom to do as much or as little sweat equity as you feel comfortable with.
Everything, and I mean everything, gets specified ahead of time before any of the bids even go out. This way we can “count all of the costs” before construction to establish a budget and eliminate any hidden costs.
To further assist you we also offer a full custom home design service. Furniture arrangements and traffic flow are carefully thought out, maximizing the size of each room by eliminating wasted space. Capturing views and sun angles are just a few of the things that we will be reviewing.
For additions, we take great care to make sure your addition does not look like an “afterthought” as we tie it into your existing home structurally and architecturally.
